EMPA uses a powerful but

method to build and test

models of the business. The

approach, called Hierarchical

Linear Modeling, makes it

possible to identify and

measure linkages across the

entire enterprise. Although

this work is relatively new to

the business world, research

psychologists have been using

it & similar methods since 1899.

It is a methodology with a strong

and distinguished record in

published scientific research.
